HOST 2015: the innovative design of impeller-screen “swallowtail” panel is awarded with the SMART Label

During the latest HOST 2015 exhibition, the impeller-screen “swallowtail” panel was awarded with the important prize SMART Label. This award, promoted by HOST in collaboration with POLI.design, selects the most avant-garde products for functionality, technology and environment sustainability in the Ho.re.ca. field: an important sign, confirming Ma.ti.ka.’s constant incentive to innovation.

Ma.ti.ka. has effectively developed a new shape of panel impellor-screen for professional ovens with the purpose to avoid the reverse of the fan-wheel. Its revolutionary design allows to optimize the air distribution and the temperature gradients, increasing the performance of the oven, improving its performance and reducing the energy consumption.
